Crossing the Line of Scrimmage

I'm part of a 16 and under girls football team and a girl on my team has made several sexual suggestions to me in the changing rooms and tried to touch me when I was in the shower. I've now stopped playing football because of this. She's ruining my life! Please help.

	Talk to your football coach about it. Suggest or ask that the coach have a discussion with the entire team while not singling out a specific girl.
	Confront the girl directly and tell her that you don’t feel comfortable around her and that she should respect your feelings.
	Talk to a school counselor (responsible adult or parent). Many schools have help and prevention centers for girls who have experienced sexual harassment.
	Confide in a friend or teammate who may have experienced the same type of treatment. It’s sometimes easier to cope with problems when you have the support of another.
