What Do You Think of SmartGirl? Survey Results
We
asked you what you thought about our website, SmartGirl. 139 girls and 3 boys,
ages 9 to 51, responded. The average age of respondents was about 14 years old.
Of
the respondents, 65% were American, 19% were from the UK, 12% were from Canada,
4% from Australia, and .7% were from Jordan (only 6 SmartGirl users out of 142
did not respond to this question).
SmartGirl asked, "How many times have you visited SmartGirl in the past
month?"

The majority of those who took the poll do not receive the newsletter (78%);
but of those who do, you like the whole thing the best!

The majority of respondents (84%) found the reviews helpful.
Here’s why:

SmartGirls did not find the reviews helpful because:

Some of the reviews are hard to read or boring.

asked, “Which section of the website is your favorite?”
We
also wanted to know if you thought that the website needs a makeover.
53% of the respondents said they would like to see a touch up, 24% said
SmartGirl needs a makeover and 23% said not to make any changes!
One
respondent summed up how most people felt:
“O.K.
What happened to the message boards?!?!? This needs to be fixed!!”
SmartGirl asked, “What is the number one reason you like to visit SmartGirl?”

much to say, apart from well done! It’s a good idea for a website, as many
young people prefer to remain anonymous when expressing their innermost
